Everything was top notch on our trip.The fact that the crew keeps all the events and excursions on a tight schedule really impressed us. To name a few Nia,Luna, Rose, JJ, John, Jim, Andrew,Jenna and Vince. If and only if I had one criticism, it would be.....when the entertainment in the River Lounge is going on, I noticed a couple times people at the bar were talking louder than the entertainment. You almost made 5star (and I still think 4 star is a great rating) but in comparison to other river cruises such as Viking or Scenic you’re not quite at that level. However I also need to consider price and I would say that in comparison you do provide great value per dollar..
